Since ZS Spin View is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product integrated with Shopify, billing is managed via the Shopify platform.
Refund requests made within the first 14 days of the initial subscription are typically eligible.
If the app fails to perform its core functions despite our support efforts, you may be eligible for a refund.
If you feel the app is not the right fit for your specific store needs, we offer a fair evaluation for refunds.
Refunds are applicable to active Shopify stores with valid billing information.
Contact our support team at contact@zilancer.com with your store URL and order details.
Our team will review your request and attempt to resolve any technical issues that may be causing dissatisfaction.
Once approved, we will initiate the refund request through the Shopify Partner billing system.
The refund will be credited back to your original payment method as processed by Shopify.
Please note that ZS Spin View cannot provide direct refunds to your bank account. All financial transactions are handled by Shopify. We authorize the refund, and Shopify processes the payment.

Once a refund is approved and initiated, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank and Shopify's processing speed.
