All billing is handled through the Shopify App Store. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
You retain ownership of the images and content uploaded. However, you grant us the right to process them to provide the service.
The app must be used in accordance with Shopify's policies. We prohibit any attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our services.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all local and international laws.
You shall not use the app to send spam, host malicious code, or infringe on the intellectual property of others.
You agree to provide accurate store and billing information through the Shopify platform.
You agree to notify us immediately if you detect any security breach or unintended behavior in the app.
ZS Spin View is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or store revenue resulting from the use of our app.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the last 3 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZS Spin View if:
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zilancer LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
