These Terms of Service govern your use of ZS Spin View. By using the app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must uninstall the app immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Key Guidelines
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and all activities that occur under your store's access.
Payment & Billing
All billing is handled through the Shopify App Store. You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
Content Rights
You retain ownership of the images and content uploaded. However, you grant us the right to process them to provide the service.
Fair Usage
The app must be used in accordance with Shopify's policies. We prohibit any attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our services.
3. User Obligations
Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all local and international laws.
No Unauthorized Use
You shall not use the app to send spam, host malicious code, or infringe on the intellectual property of others.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate store and billing information through the Shopify platform.
Reporting Issues
You agree to notify us immediately if you detect any security breach or unintended behavior in the app.
4. Limitation of Liability
ZS Spin View is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of profits, data, or store revenue resulting from the use of our app.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the last 3 months.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ZS Spin View if:
- You violate any part of these Terms of Service.
- There is an unpaid balance on your Shopify billing account.
- We are required to do so by law or a government request.
- The app's usage is found to be harmful to our infrastructure.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zilancer LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
