Click Add app and approve the requested permissions.
Open the app
Find ZS Spin View under Apps in your Shopify admin.

Real 360° Spin
The highest-quality spin, built from your own product photos.
What you need
- 40–72 photos of the product, taken at equal angles all the way around.
- Consistent lighting and a plain background for the cleanest result.
- Formats: JPG, PNG or WEBP.
How to create one
Open “Real 360 Spin”
From the dashboard or the sidebar.
Select your product
The spin will link to this product.
Upload the image sequence
Drag in all your photos in order. You'll see a live count.
Pick a spin speed
Slow, Medium or Fast — how fast it rotates by default.
Generate & Link Spin
Done — it's live on your product page.
AI 360° Generator
Only have a few photos? Let AI build the full spin for you.
The AI Generator reconstructs a 3D model of your product from just a handful of angles, then renders a complete 360° frame sequence — including the back and sides you didn't photograph.
What you need
- 4 required angles: Front, Back, Left, Right.
- 1 optional angle: a top/3-quarter shot improves accuracy.
- Plain background and even lighting give the best AI result.
How to create one
Open “AI Spin Generator”
Check your remaining AI spins in the banner.
Select your product
The generated spin links here automatically.
Upload each angle
Click each slot and add the matching photo.
Choose output quality
SD, HD or Ultra HD (4K). Higher quality takes longer.
Generate AI Spin
A progress bar shows each stage. It usually takes 1–5 minutes.
Spin to Video
Turn any spin into a ready-to-post social video.
Open “Spin to Video”
Select a spin
Choose any Real or AI spin you've created.
Pick a format
MP4 (16:9), Reel (9:16) or Square (1:1).
Pick quality & export
720p, 1080p or 4K. Download the video when it's ready.

Workspace & preview
Review every spin exactly as a customer will see it.
The Workspace lists all your spins on the left. Select one to preview it on the right, where you can:
- Drag to spin — rotate the product with your mouse or finger.
- Scrub frames — jump to any angle with the slider.
- Auto-play — play, pause and change speed.
- Frame strip — click any thumbnail to jump to that frame.
You can also jump straight to Export Video from any spin's preview.

How AI spins work
- One AI spin = one full 360° spin generated by AI.
- Your monthly AI spins reset each billing cycle.
- Real 360° spins are always free and never use AI spins.
Out of AI spins?
You can buy extra AI spins anytime from the Buy AI Spins button — no need to change your plan. Or upgrade for a larger monthly allowance.
Settings
Set defaults and control how spins behave on your store.
- Default spin speed — applied to new spins (Slow / Medium / Fast).
- Default output quality — SD, HD or 4K for new spins and videos.
- Autoplay on page load — spin starts automatically for customers.
- Mobile drag-to-spin — enable touch gestures on phones.
- Show ZS Spin badge — small badge on the viewer (removable on paid plans).
FAQ
Troubleshooting
My spin isn't showing on the product page
- Confirm the spin finished generating and shows as Live in the Workspace.
- Make sure you selected the correct product when creating it.
- Some themes need the spin block added once — check your theme's product template, or contact support and we'll help.
My AI spin failed or looks wrong
- Re-shoot with a plain background and even lighting.
- Make sure all 4 required angles are clear and show the whole product.
- If a generation fails, your AI spin is not used up — just try again.
The spin looks choppy
- For Real 360°, add more photos (aim for 60–72) for smoother rotation.
- Lower the default spin speed in Settings.
